What a perfect afternoon for golf at the Valley yesterday. The 18 teams involved seemed to enjoy the Ambrose format, with the shotgun start at 12.30pm. There were some good scores too as you will see by the attached document which shows all the results.

This event takes a lot of planning, most of which was done during lockdown. It was a nice surprise to see the generosity of the many sponsors on the day. Thanks to all the bar staff – Di DeCorrado, Karen Rikken, Sue Chapman & Rob Hair plus helpers Jeanette Bourke & Kay Sims. Thanks to Shane Johnson who prepared the salad & along with John Bourke cooked the burgers. The chips were yummy too, not sure who cooked them but they did a good job. Thanks also to all our lady committee members who helped on the day & preparing for the day. Special mention to Barbara Bright for managing the money & Susan Driver & Lee Grubb who did a great job selling the raffle tickets. Results are below.
