1. Membership includes discounted golf cart hire, access to join club competitions, handicap management and a discount at the bar.
2. Lot owners of the Country Club Estate who are financial under a Maintenance and Access Agreement, may join the Valley Golf Club for an additional fee of $645 which includes the Golf Australia affiliation fee. This entitles the member to discounted golf cart hire, access to join club competitions, handicap management and a discount at the bar.
3. Lot owners of the Country Club Estate who are not financial under a Maintenance and Access Agreement, may only join the Valley Golf Club via a financial Maintenance and Access Agreement plus payment of the additional fee outlined in point 2 above.
4. Payment plans are subject to a 10% administration fee.
