A mixed bag weather-wise today with cloud, sun & a little wind later on but overall pretty good conditions for golf. There were 24 players in the 18 hole event which was Par & those ladies eligible were competing for the Grandmother’s Trophy. Another good turn out for the 9 hole players with 16 ladies also playing Par, & for some of the newer members this was the first time they had played Par. Results are below:

B Grade Winner: Jean Harle (28) Square, Runner Up: Liz Gregory (29) 3 Down. C Grade Winner: Judith Whittaker (39) 1 Up, Runner Up: Penny McCarthy (37) Square. Congratulations to Judith who is the winner of the Grandmother’s Trophy for 2018!

9 Hole Winner: Diana Camilleri (45) 1 Up, Runner Up: Diane Tullberg (38) Square.

Next week is the first round of the 4BBB Stableford Club Champs for the 18 hole players while this year the 9 hole ladies are going to play 4BBB Stableford also.
