A lovely sunny Winter day today with a cool breeze but this did not deter the 31 ladies who turned up to play in the 9 and 18-hole Stableford events. The 18-hole players were competing for the August Monthly Medal as the weather last Tuesday saw insufficient players to hold a competition. The results for the day were:

18 Hole Stableford – B Grade Winner: Colleen Warfield (29) 29 Points, Runner Up: Jean Harle (27) 26 Points. C Grade Winner: Judith Whittaker (35) 30 Points, Runner Up: Val Morrison (35) 28 Points. Congratulations to Judith who is another first time Monthly Medal winner. Seems to be the theme for 2018 which is great to see!

9 Hole Stableford – Winner: Enid Hamilton (40) 16 Points, Runner Up: Barbara Sargent (36) 15 Points.
