The day started off very overcast today and with a gloomy forecast for the remainder of the day many ladies decided not to play in the Par event, quite understandable. Those who did turn up (15*18 hole players) decided to give it a go and perhaps finish after 9 holes if conditions deteriorated too much. This is in fact what eventuated and all but 4 of the 18 hole ladies completed 9 holes, a great effort! As only 3*9 hole ladies ventured out it was decided to have only a 9 hole competition for the day. Results are below:

Remember next week is Split 6 & Split 3, a new game for most of you.There will be an explanation of ‘how to play’ as well as a ‘sample score card’ for you to refer to when you arrive next week. Those ladies who played today have seen these already. Everyone will need to take care when completing their score cards & yes there will be a neat card prize next week! Be sure to book by Thursday night so Linda & Diane can finalise the draw as you will all be allocated a partner for next week, you cannot choose for this event.
