Another lovely day for golf with the 18 hole event being Par as players were competing in the second & final round for the Senga McAleer Trophy. The 9 hole event was Stableford as the players were not keen on 2 rounds of Par quite understandable. As Joan Spence says ‘Par is not fair golf’. The results for today were as follows:

Winner B Grade: Angie Waters (28) 2 Down on count back, Runner Up: Barbara Bright (21) 2 Down.

Winner C Grade: Lynn Gray (33) 5 Up, Runner Up: Colleen Blackmore (35) 1 Down. Congratulations to Lynn on a fantastic round!

The Senga McAleer Trophy was won by Lynn Gray on count back from Angie Waters with both players finishing with 2 Down over the 2 rounds, good effort ladies! Well done Lynn & many thanks to Frank McAleer for presenting the trophy & the winners prize.
