A very mild & calm day today for the 35 ladies who played in the 9 and 18 hole stroke events. For the 18 hole players it was Monthly Medal day and for both events it was count your putts day as well! It’s great to see so many ladies out on the course which is in amazing condition thanks to the work of the green-keepers and of course Damon’s Doers volunteers. Results for the day are below:

18 Hole Players – B Grade Winner: Angie Waters (27) Nett 72, Runner Up: Jean Harle (28) Nett 74. C Grade Winner: Deb Sein (45) Nett 70, Runner Up: Viv Goodson (34) Nett 76 on count back from Val Morrison.  Congratulations to Deb Sein who is the Monthly Medal Winner for October. In September there was a tie so Maureen Cousins and Lynn Gray were to play off this month. Unfortunately Maureen was unable to play due to a recent operation so Lynn Gray is therefore the September Monthly Medal Winner. Well done ladies!

9 Hole Players – Winner: Renate Weiner (45) Nett 34 on count back from Runner Up: Pat Tindal (44) Nett 34.

Putting – Winner 18 Hole Players: Linda Fredricson 25 Putts. Winner 9 Hole Players: Dot Crompton 15 Putts, on count back from Renate Weiner & Pat Tindal. A very close contest there!

NTP’s – 2nd Hole: Linda Fredricson, 12th Hole: Kim Reynolds.

Pro Balls – 18 Hole Players: Denise Law, Jodi Crago, Colleen Warfield, Lynn Gray, Val Morrison & Sue O’Connor. 9 Hole Players: Susan Driver, Judy Ireland, Joan Davies & Lee Grubb.
