Ladies Golf Results – Tuesday 8th February 2022

Stroke – 2nd Round of 9 & 18 Hole Club Champs

A perfect day for golf when a total of 48  ladies (33*18 hole players & 15*9 hole players) were playing Stroke in the 2nd round of the Club Championship events.

Results for the day are below.

18 Hole Event – 33 Players

B Grade Winner ($30 voucher): Joan Spence (30) Nett 67.

Runner Up ($15 voucher): Gerri Robson (31) Nett 70 on count back.

C Grade Winner ($30 voucher): Robyn Hubble (40) Nett 65. Excellent score Robyn.

Runner Up ($15 voucher): Anita Powell (37) Nett 71 on count back.

Pro Ball Winners (Nett 75 or better): Barbara Bright, Lee Grubb, Jackie Mazoletti, Sue White, Val Morrison, Anne Anderson, Sharon De Haan, Judith Whittaker, Viv Goodson & Linda Fredricson.

9 Hole Event – 15 Players

Winner ($15 voucher): Angela Hunter (42) Nett 34 an excellent score on the back 9.

Runner Up (2 balls): Joan Davies (45) Nett 38.

Pro Ball winners (Nett 43 or better): Sue O’Connor, Glenn Barber & Enid Hamilton.

NTP 9th Hole (1 ball): Anne Anderson.

NTP 12th  Hole (1 ball): Angela Olarenshaw.

If you were not at presentations to collect your prize or Pro Ball, please check in the Pro Shop.

The raffle was drawn yesterday & the winners have been notified, results as follows:

1st Prize: $65 Peninsula Hot Springs Voucher – Sheri Jackson, orange ticket C77.

2nd Prize: $50 Torello Farm Voucher – Dale Pitt, orange ticket C64.

3rd Prize: Bottle of sparkling wine with glass – Nadine, orange ticket C49.

Remember to still book for golf next Tuesday 15th February by Friday night (11th) or you will not be in the draw. If you did not play on Tuesday you can still play next week. The seeded draw (vertical based on gross results from the first 2 rounds) will be emailed to all on Saturday all going well. One Golf will reflect the draw & there will be a copy in the Pro Shop on Saturday afternoon.

For the next couple of weeks please bring something that smells nice e.g. perfume, soap, scented candle for the hampers we plan to make up for raffles. We have enough cans & will ask for jars & bottles in the coming months. Thanks for your help with this.
