Only 19*18 hole players today and all were playing in a 4 Person Drop Out Ambrose team event. The players were greeted by overcast skies and a cool breeze before a few showers arrived to make things tougher and less pleasant. The course was still very wet underfoot so again conditions were tough. As there were only 5 ladies in the 9 hole event these players were competing in a Stableford event. The results for the day are below:

18 Hole Players – Winners: Jenny Dovison (33) Kim Reynolds (33) Cheryl Westcott (36) & Barbara Bright (18) Team Handicap 15, Nett 64, Runners Up: Judith Whittaker (29) Joan Coombs (37) Margaret Carroll (44) & Jean Harle (28) Team Handicap 17.25 Nett 68.75. Congratulations to all, very good scoring. There were 3 teams that finished with a gross 86, the difference in where they finished was the team handicaps, so a great contest!

9 Hole Players – Winner: Diane Tullberg (37) 12 Points on count back from Runner Up: Judy Ireland (45) 12 Points. Another close result!
