Ladies Golf Results

Tuesday 14th December 2021

What a perfect golf day for the fun 9-hole 3/4 Person Ambrose event to finish off the ladies golfing year. Golf was followed by a wonderful lunch prepared by Heather Johnson with Maya & Shane helping to serve the mains & desserts, a real family affair. Thanks to them all, we really appreciated you doing this day for the ladies. If you were unable to attend, the menu is below & everything was delicious & plentiful!

The day would not be possible without the help of all the ladies committee who came to the club early to help move tables & chairs & set up the outdoor area for lunch. With the tables decorated & all the trophies with gifts beside them & all the amazing raffle prizes it looked fabulous. Thanks to all who helped on the day, as well as leading up to the day including past President Colleen Blackmore who purchased most of the gifts for the prize winners. Thanks also to the bar staff – Wendy McQualter ,John Sargent & Di DeCorrado.

Presentation to the trophy winners for the year was held after lunch with the day & trophy winners shown below or on the document below. A big thanks to Jean Harle for producing the winners cards to go with their trophy & prize. Jean does an amazing job producing these for us every year & we really appreciate it. Apologies to Jean for not thanking her on the day, I always seem to forget to thank someone these days!

We were thrilled that the President from Clothes 4U (Veronica Whittaker) along with another volunteer (Barb Fox) were able join us for lunch then accept a cheque for $2,500 being the money raised from the Gala Day held on the 28th November. A fantastic effort by our club.
