Repair of divots and fixing up pitch marks

Please can all members please take note of these signs on all he tees and at the very minimum repair your divot and pitch mark plus one other. If all do this then our course will start to look in better condition. If you need a pitch repairer then approach the ladies club captain who has these for sale with a ball marker for $5 .

Just to remind all that there is a local rule in place that if your ball is in a crack in the ground (now it is a lot drier there are a lot more around) then you may take free relief .

The match committee  will look at making a local rule for the 3rd and 15th fairways, as the condition of these two fairways are in poor condition, to allow for preferred lies in bare lies.TBA.

Again if any player is unsure of golf rules please ask your playing partners and if no-one is sure then ring the pro shop for advice.

DO NOT ASSUME .
