The Valley Golf Club offers a pristine expanse of resort-style grounds that will have you transported to a tropical oasis here in Victoria. Set amongst gorgeous palms, waterways and a perfectly manicured 18-hole golf course, we offer tennis lovers a chance to venture out onto the court.
With five tennis courts to choose from all with a mod grass surface, we provide the perfect setting for a friendly game between friends or a competition between passionate players. Spectators can be assured the best seats to view all the action with covered area in between each of the tennis courts to watch in shade and comfort.
Make a day of it with extra activities
With plenty to do and enjoy, The Valley Golf Club is perfect for a full day experience. After a friendly tennis match, take to the green with our picturesque 18-hole golf course, which is home of the Mornington Valley Pro-AM. Spanning nearly 5kms to discover, the tropical atmosphere is perfect for a leisurely game or bit of competition.
For friends and families, there are a range of fun activities to enjoy as a group. Enjoy a putting challenge on our amphitheatre mini golf course. Or combine your love of golf with the skills of soccer in our footgolf challenges. If the weather permits, visitors and members can take to the pool for a refreshing swim or poolside relaxation.
Once the activities have ended, treat yourself to some unbelievable cuisine and drinks at our restaurant and bar. Our clubhouse offers a range of dining options in a relaxed atmosphere. Head out on the veranda and enjoy the weather and views with some drinks, or head inside for a more intimate dining experience.

Are your tennis courts near me?
The Valley Golf Club is located at 10 Country Club Drive, Safety Beach. This is at the northern section of the Mornington Peninsula between Dromana and Mount Martha. Close to the beach as well as many holiday accommodation options, we’re a great meeting place for families and friends visiting for a holiday or for locals looking for a day out on the green.
Can I hire equipment?
Both rackets and balls are available for hire from our pro shop for players without their own.
How can I book?

Is there a dress code?
The Valley Golf Club prides itself on being inclusive and relaxed but there are a few clothing limitations you should be aware of when visiting our restaurant or golf course. Take a look at our Activities page for more information.
